Processing Technology

- CNC Cutting/Laser Cutting: Accurately cut the cap and flange contours using CNC plasma cutting or laser cutting, resulting in clean cuts and precise dimensions, facilitating subsequent punching and forming.
- Bending and Forming (CNC Bending/Die Forming): Use a CNC bending machine or pressing die to bend and form the cut aluminum sheets, ensuring consistent cap contours and precise angles. Complex shapes are formed using die stamping to improve consistency.
- Welding: Argon arc welding or spot welding is used for structural components requiring splicing, resulting in smooth welds with minimal heat deformation. Additional sealing treatment is applied to areas requiring better waterproofing.
