The processing method and material selection of Bending Metal Plate can be determined by the customer. Depending on the design and usage scenario, the materials and processes will change.
1. Cold-rolled SPCC. It mainly adopts electroplating and baking, which is low in cost and easy to form. The material thickness is ≤3.2mm.
2. Hot-rolled SHCC. The material T≥3.0mm, and there are also electroplating and baking parts, which are low in cost but difficult to form. They are mainly used on flat parts.
3. Galvanized SECC and SGCC. SECC electrolytic plates are divided into N material and P material. N material is not used for surface treatment and has high cost. P material is used for spraying parts.
4. Copper. It mainly uses conductive materials, and its surface treatment is nickel plating, chrome plating, or no treatment, which is costly.
5. Aluminum plate. Generally, surface chromate (J11-A) and oxidation (conductive oxidation, chemical oxidation) are used, which are costly, silver plating, and nickel plating.
6. Aluminum profiles. Materials with complex cross-sectional structures are widely used in various boxes. The surface is made of aluminum plate.
7. Stainless steel. No surface treatment is required, but the cost is higher.
