2. CNC Bending: A bending machine is used to precisely bend the sheet metal to create the required angles and stiffening structures. Bending process with controlled springback ensures dimensional tolerances remain within manageable limits.
3. Punching and grooving: CNC punching or laser drilling is used for mounting holes, drainage holes, or decorative holes, resulting in precise holes with minimal burrs for easy subsequent installation.
4. Welding/Riveting/Spot Welding: TIG/MIG welding, rivets, or bolts are used for connections. Welded joints are ground to ensure both appearance and strength. Riveting or bolting can also be used for dissimilar materials or areas where heat deformation must be avoided.
5. CNC Precision Machining: CNC milling is performed on critical mating surfaces or assembly slots to ensure precise fit.
6. Deburring and Surface Pretreatment: All edges and holes are deburred and chamfered. Oil and oxide scale are removed through sandblasting or chemical cleaning to prepare for subsequent surface treatment.
7. Final Inspection and Packaging: After verifying that dimensions, appearance, and function meet requirements, corrosion resistance testing is conducted (optional), and protective packaging with inner lining is provided according to customer requirements to prevent scratches during transportation.
