Processing technology
1. Processing technology: Laser Cutting + Press Brake + Punching
We use laser cutting technology to quickly and accurately cut the substrate; then use a bending machine (Press Brake) to bend the required angle with high precision (such as 90° L-shaped or Z-shaped structure), and punch the installation holes through the punching process (Punching).
2. Welding
We use spot welding or arc welding to firmly connect each part to ensure that the overall load-bearing capacity reaches the expected target value.
3. Surface treatment: degreasing → phosphating → powder spraying/high temperature baking
After cleaning and degreasing, phosphating for rust prevention, then covering with environmentally friendly powder spraying (optional RAL 9004/7044 and other colors), and finally high-temperature curing to form a solid, scratch-resistant, and corrosion-resistant surface layer, which combines modern texture and durability
