Core processing technology
1. CNC stamping and laser cutting
Metal Bar Hanger adopts CNC stamping, laser cutting, and bending to form in one step. The dimensional tolerance is controlled at ±0.01mm. It can be efficiently mass-produced, adapt to 0.5-20 mm thickness, and flexibly customize different simulation and structural requirements.
2. Automated welding and die stamping
Automated welding and die stamping are used, with strong fatigue resistance and stable performance after testing.
3. Surface deep treatment process
You can choose the treatment process yourself.
- Powder spraying/painting: high solid content spraying layer, thickness ≥60 μm, salt spray resistance ≥1,000 hours, strong spraying force, and long-lasting concentration.
- Metal electroplating (nickel/chrome plating): a dense metal layer is formed by electroplating, which upgrades the protection and scratch resistance and improves wrinkles
- Anodizing (special for aluminum): generates a hard oxide film, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the surface can be colored or retain the original color surface
