Processing

 

This product utilizes a combination of precision and high-volume manufacturing processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and structural strength: CNC precision milling/turning (for high-precision edges and mounting holes); EDM (wire cutting) for complex openings and narrow slots; five-axis machining for complex curved surfaces and full-part positioning; stamping/die forming for rapid thin-sheet prototyping; hobbing for gears and transmission components; and milling, grinding, drilling, tapping, reaming, deep drawing, shear cutting, and other processes to ensure fit and surface quality. This combined process ensures efficient and stable delivery from single prototypes to mass production.

 

Surface Treatment

 

  • Polishing-Enhances surface smoothness, suitable for stainless steel parts and inspection surfaces.
  • Painting-Provides corrosion and weather resistance, with custom colors and logos.
  • Anodizing-For aluminum alloy parts, enhances hardness and corrosion resistance.
  • Sandblasting-Improves coating adhesion or creates a matte appearance.
  • Electroplating - Increases wear resistance and rust resistance (decorative plating is also available for copper/brass parts).
  • Blackening (Blackening) - Simple rust prevention and reduced glare.
  • Electrophoresis (Epoxy/Acrylic Electrophoresis) - A uniform, thin, corrosion-resistant protective coating suitable for complex shapes.
