Processing and Technology
- The Junction Box is processed in three steps: precision shearing - CNC bending - welding assembly. The Junction Box is cut with high precision by laser cutting or CNC shearing machine, and then the box body and cover are formed by CNC bending machine. The key parts are sealed by TIG/MIG spot welding or welding process to ensure the overall compressive strength and sealing of the Junction Box.
- Surface treatment process: First, degreasing, pickling, and phosphating are carried out to remove the oxide scale and oil stains and form an anti-corrosion chemical film; then, a highly weather-resistant electrostatic powder coating is sprayed, with optional custom colors to freely match the environment atmosphere, uniform spraying thickness, excellent scratch resistance, UV protection, and anti-corrosion performance
- Second, electrophoretic coating + galvanizing/stainless steel automatic polishing. For materials with higher requirements, the electrophoretic coating process can be used to achieve uniform paint layer, strong adhesion, and excellent anti-corrosion ability. Galvanized materials can be additionally mechanically polished or electropolished to improve their surface brightness and weather resistance, which is particularly suitable for outdoor and industrial applications.
