The track (wheel) hydraulic walking motor is composed of a high-speed hydraulic motor, brake, planetary reducer, valve group, etc. For shell transmission, it can be directly connected to the wheel or track drive wheel, ensuring reliable operation and high efficiency. The design adopts a high load-bearing tapered roller bearing, which fully bears the axial and radial forces generated by the excavator during operation and turning.
Hydraulic oil pumps include vane pumps, gear pumps, plunger pumps, and screw pumps, which are commonly used in the market. And vane pumps can be divided into variable vane pumps, heat dissipation variable vane pumps, variable vane pumps with cooling pumps, and quantitative vane pumps.
Hydraulic oil pump is composed of four main parts: pump body, rectangular oil tank, pressure handle, and ultra-high pressure steel wire woven rubber hose. The power component of the hydraulic system is used to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid. It refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the entire hydraulic system. The structural forms of hydraulic pumps generally include gear pumps, vane pumps, and plunger pumps. There are three types of hydraulic oil pump joints: straight through, self sealing, and quick connect.
Below are descriptions of vane pumps, gear pumps, and plunger pumps.
1. The approximate shape of the gear pump:
The most basic form of it is that two gears of the same size mesh and rotate with each other in a tightly fitting housing. The interior of this housing is similar to an "8" shape, and the two gears are installed inside, with the outer diameter and both sides of the gears closely fitting with the housing. The material from the extruder enters the middle of two gears at the suction port and fills this space. It moves along the shell with the rotation of the teeth and is finally discharged when the two teeth mesh.
2. Approximate shape of vane pump:
It is composed of components such as rotor 1, stator 2, blade 3, oil distribution plate, and end cover. The inner surface of the stator is a cylindrical hole. There is eccentricity between the rotor and stator.
3. The approximate shape of the plunger pump:
The main structural components include eccentric wheel, plunger, spring, cylinder body, and two one-way valves. A sealed volume is formed between the plunger and the cylinder body hole. The eccentric wheel rotates once, and the plunger reciprocates up and down once, moving downward to absorb oil and upward to discharge oil.
