Processing Flow
- Sheet Metal Cutting and Forming: Using precision methods such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, or waterjet cutting, the steel plates are cut into the required shapes for each part of the bucket. Then, the plates are formed into the three-dimensional structure of the bucket shell using bending, rolling, or press bending machines.
- Welding and Assembly: The cut and formed components are placed in tooling fixtures for alignment and welded using high-quality welding processes such as MIG/TIG, ensuring strong welds and structural stability. This not only withstands digging impacts but also ensures long-term durability and prevents cracking.
- Wear-resistant treatment: Wear-resistant plates, guards, or strips can be additionally welded to high-wear areas such as the bucket bottom plate, sidewalls, and edges to enhance wear resistance and extend service life.
Surface treatment and protection: After bucket assembly, surface treatment is performed: first, sandblasting or similar treatment is carried out, followed by coating with an anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating. If necessary, drying or curing treatment is then performed to ensure the bucket is not easily corroded in humid or corrosive environments. Additionally, if required, surface hardening treatment (hardfacing/overlay welding) can be applied to the bucket edges or teeth to further improve wear resistance and impact resistance.
