Manufacturing Process

- Manufacturing Process: Precision CNC cutting, bending, and welding processes are employed during production to ensure the consistency of precision and strength of each weld and each steel plate. Simultaneously, rigorous heat treatment and stress relief are performed on the welded areas to ensure no cracks occur during use, extending service life.
- Surface Treatment: After professional rust removal treatment, the bucket surface undergoes high-strength anti-rust spraying/powder coating/painting (customizable according to customer requirements). This surface treatment not only enhances corrosion resistance but also improves wear resistance and anti-stripping performance, enabling the bucket to maintain long-term stability in humid, acidic, alkaline, dusty, and variable environments.
