Specifically, the upper and lower cover plates of both the boom and stick are constructed with Q690D, while all other structural plates adopt Q345B. The pin material is specified as 42CrMo4.
• Welding Process: Shielded gas welding is implemented, utilizing an 80% xenon + 20% carbon dioxide gas mixture-an industry-recognized gold standard for shielded gas applications.
• Precision Finishing: Post-welding, a boring machine is employed to calibrate the precision of all boom bases, joints, and other critical structural components. This process effectively mitigates excessive tolerances caused by welding-induced stress.
• Supporting Components: The supplied boom comes fully equipped with a lubrication piping system, hydraulic system, bucket, bucket cylinder, connecting rod, pins, and hoses. For the stick cylinder, customers may utilize original units to optimize cost savings; alternatively, we can provide a new stick cylinder tailored to specific requirements.

• High Strength and Wear Resistance: The EX850, EX870, and EX890 buckets feature a thick steel plate design, with reinforced bottom, side, and rear plates. This ensures structural integrity and extended service life even in high-abrasion, high-impact environments such as rock, ore, or hard soil. The rock-bucket design, with its thicker bottom and side plates and reinforced guard/reinforcement plates in key locations, further protects against wear and impact.
