The process involves CNC cutting, plasma/laser blanking, bending, and precision welding. The welding process strictly adheres to the Welding Specifications (WPS), and critical parts undergo non-destructive testing to ensure structural integrity. Structural components are treated with bolt release to prevent deformation. The overall bucket body adopts a box-type, double-walled connecting rib frame design to enhance impact and fatigue resistance.
• Surface Treatment: The welded surface is first electrostatically sprayed, then heated and baked to form a dense coating. This process is performed after spraying, achieving a "composite" system of spraying + powder coating, significantly improving corrosion resistance.
• For extreme operating environments (such as mines, coastal areas, and hot zones), we can also provide mechanically inlaid hard alloy or thermally sprayed wear-resistant layers to further extend wet service life.
• Advanced Supply: After surface treatment, the bucket undergoes final dimensional inspection and contaminant simulation testing (simulating heavy-tonnage load impacts) to ensure it meets operational requirements upon delivery.
