Scaffolding Topper Standard is an accessory installed on the top of system scaffolding such as Kwikstage. It is a component platform for raising and adjusting the top of the scaffolding, which can improve the safety and efficiency of the working layer. It is very suitable for temporary construction or maintenance environments. It is usually made of painted steel and is used to position beams, supports, hangers, etc.

1. Made of high-strength steel
The Scaffolding Topper Standard is made of high-quality low-carbon steel. It is processed by CNC laser cutting and bending technology. The cut is smooth and the error is ≤0.1mm.
2. Anti-corrosion and anti-rust
The Scaffolding Topper Standard adopts two optional methods: hot-dip galvanizing or epoxy powder spraying. The coating thickness is ≥80μm. After testing, it is effectively rust-resistant.
3. Safe detail processing
The key connection parts are welded after CNC bending. We have automatic welding machines to ensure that the welds are smooth and beautiful. All corners are chamfered without sharp edges and burrs, meeting the high standards of the industry (such as guardrails, pedals and other anti-fall facilities).
Manufacturing process:
1. CNC laser cutting + bending molding
Precision cutting pattern, equipped with the latest CNC cutting machine, standard size, ensure the consistent size of each component.
2. Automated welding + cold hammer reinforcement
The weld points are uniform and there are few pores. We are equipped with automatic welding to achieve high-strength welds, and then impact hammering to enhance structural stability.
3. Surface treatment
- Hot-dip galvanizing: the whole is immersed in a high-temperature zinc bath, the coating is thick, the adhesion is strong, and the corrosion resistance is comprehensive;
- Powder spraying: high-temperature curing after electrostatic powder spraying, the coating is flat and the color is uniform, and the color can be selected.
