Processing:
1. Laser Cutting

2. CNC Bending

3. Welding and Assembly
The connector plates are assembled using a variety of welding techniques (such as TIG, MIG, etc.) to ensure the tightness and conductivity of the structure. The selection of material type and application requirements of the welding process ensure the performance and reliability of the final product.
Optional surface treatment:
1. Anodizing: Forming an oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy to improve corrosion resistance and decorativeness.
2. Sandblasting: Using high-speed sand flow to impact the metal surface to obtain a uniform matte effect and enhance the coating spraying force.
3. Electroplating: Depositing a metal coating on the metal surface to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. Powder Coating: Using electrostatic spraying technology to evenly spray powder on the metal surface to form a durable and beautiful coating.
