1. Processing

Critical interfaces (such as inlet and outlet threads and the cap seal) are polished, welded, or thread milled to ensure tightness, leak resistance, and mechanical strength.
2. Surface Treatment
The surface undergoes a fine polishing and pickling passivation treatment: Polishing removes burrs and enhances the appearance; pickling passivation forms a strong oxide film, further enhancing rust resistance and durability. The result is a smooth metallic color that is comfortable to hold and resists staining.
3. Customizable Design
Connection sizes are available, such as ¾", 1", or 1½" NPT or flanged, depending on user needs.
A variety of materials (304, 316L) and dimensions (10" or 20" standard filter element sizes) are available.
