Manufacturing Process
We employ a complete precision manufacturing process to ensure the dimensional accuracy and quality of every material tank: multiple processes are combined, including CNC machining, EDM, turning, five-axis machining, stamping, gear hobbing, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping, reaming, drawing, and cutting. These are coupled with a rigorous inspection process (dimensional inspection, visual inspection, assembly and trial operation) to ensure product stability and reliability.
Surface Treatment
Appropriate surface treatments can be selected based on the application: Galvanized, Painted, or HDG (hot-dip galvanized). For food processing or high-cleanliness environments, we can also provide polishing or mirror finishing to meet special requirements.
