Materials and Specifications
- Stainless Steel: 304 (standard) or 316 (preferred for marine/chemical environments), plate thickness typically 1.0–3.0 mm, adjustable according to strength requirements.
- Aluminum Alloy: 6061-T6 / 5052, etc., plate thickness typically 1.5–4.0 mm, lightweight and with fast thermal conductivity, suitable for lighting fixtures with high heat dissipation requirements.
- Fasteners: Stainless steel screws with anti-loosening design; grounding terminals and corrosion-resistant junction boxes are optional.
- Common Specifications: Housing dimensions, mounting hole spacing, protrusion depth, etc., can all be manufactured according to customer-provided drawings; machining tolerances are typically controlled within ±0.2 mm (stricter tolerances are available).
Processing Technology
- Material Cutting: Materials are selected according to drawings and laser-cut or stamped to ensure precise cuts and minimal burrs.
- CNC Bending: CNC bending equipment is used to form the housing and bracket, ensuring consistent angles and dimensional stability.
- Welding and Assembly: TIG/MIG welding is used for stainless steel components, with additional welding reinforcement at key stress points; aluminum components can be joined by riveting or bolting, with deformation correction performed after welding.
- CNC Precision Machining: Mounting holes, interface positions, and heat dissipation slots are machined using CNC milling or drilling machines, ensuring high positional accuracy and facilitating subsequent assembly.
- Surface Treatment: Anodizing (aluminum), electrochemical polishing (stainless steel), powder coating, or fluorocarbon coating are selected based on the material to meet weather resistance and decorative requirements.
- Sealing and Electrical Assembly: Silicone gaskets and sealing rings are installed, wiring, driver, and light source module assembly are completed, and waterproof testing is performed.
