Manufacturing Process
- Material Procurement: Tabletop BBQ Grills use stainless steel sheets that strictly meet international food contact standards (common thicknesses 0.6–2.0mm are available).
- Laser Cutting: Key components are laser-cut to ensure dimensional accuracy and clean edges, reducing subsequent deburring work.
- CNC Bending: The furnace body and supporting components are machined using CNC bending machines, ensuring repeatability and assembly precision.
- Welding Process: TIG/MIG welding is used to join critical load-bearing components, resulting in uniform and high-strength welds. Food contact areas can be precision welded and then polished.
- Surface Treatment and Finishing: Brushed, mirror polished, electropolished, or passivated finishes are available upon request. Electropolished further enhances corrosion resistance and reduces microporosity, facilitating cleaning.
- Assembly and Testing: After assembly, load-bearing and high-temperature resistance tests are conducted to ensure stable performance of each unit leaving the factory.
- Packaging and Shipping: Moisture-proof cushioning lining and sturdy outer box are used. OEM/ODM packaging design and multilingual instruction manual customization are supported.
