198-71-31540 Blade is precision forged with high carbon alloy steel (C content 0.75-0.95%), and gradient heat treatment is carried out in the critical temperature range of 860-920℃ through ultrasonic quenching process, so that a 0.8mm deep martensitic hardening layer is formed on the cutting edge surface, and the Rockwell hardness reaches HRC58-62, which is 30% higher than the microhardness value of conventional blades. This process, combined with -196℃ cryogenic treatment technology, significantly improves the dislocation density and residual austenite conversion rate, so that the product has both 650MPa tensile strength and 12J/cm² impact toughness. It still maintains a linear wear rate of 0.15mm/thousand hours under extreme working conditions such as basalt and quartzite with Mohs hardness above 7, and the service life is 2.3 times that of ordinary blades.

 

This blade is designed for Komatsu D61EX/D85ESS series bulldozers. It accurately reproduces the original factory installation topology through FEM finite element analysis, and the interface tolerance is controlled at IT7 level accuracy (±0.018mm), and 100% hydraulic system compatibility can be achieved without additional processing. It adopts a modular quick-change design, and realizes four-point positioning through the ISO 898-1 standard 12.9 grade high-strength bolt group. With the patented wedge-shaped locking device (patent number: JP2022-135792), the entire set of replacement operations can be completed within 20 working hours, which shortens the downtime by 67% compared with the traditional solution, and reduces the single maintenance cost by US$4,200.

 

The innovative application of bionic streamlined cutter body design, based on CFD fluid mechanics simulation to optimize the front angle to 32°±2°, with a reinforced guide groove with a depth of 85mm, reduces the cutting resistance from the conventional 1.8kN/cm² to 1.35kN/cm², a reduction of 25%. According to the ISO 5006 standard test, the stripping residue rate is <2.3%, and the working surface flatness error is controlled at ±15mm/10m, which improves the working accuracy by 40% compared with traditional blades. This design improves the comprehensive energy efficiency of the equipment to 89%, and achieves 15.7% fuel savings under typical working conditions (SAE J1321 test standard).

 

At the engineering application level, the blade has been verified by ANSYS explicit dynamics and can withstand 2,500MPa instantaneous impact load. It is particularly suitable for:
