1. Strong Stability: Metal Floor Flanges are suitable for connecting steel pipes, pipe fittings, and pipe supports. They are easy to install and compatible with a wide range of equipment, including applications in the chemical, power, HVAC, and home plumbing industries.

2. Corrosion Resistance: Stainless steel contains chromium, which forms a dense chromium oxide passivation layer, effectively protecting it from oxygen and media corrosion, significantly improving its corrosion resistance.

3. Load-bearing Capacity: The high material strength and sturdy structure enable Metal Floor Flanges to withstand high pressure and mechanical vibration loads without damage.

We generally use two materials to manufacture Metal Floor Flanges:

1. Stainless Steel: Flanges are made of high-quality stainless steel (such as 304, 316, etc.) with a chromium content of ≥10.5%, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The chromium oxide passivation film formed by chromium on the surface is self-repairing and protects the base metal, ensuring long-lasting and stable corrosion resistance.

2. Carbon Steel: High-quality carbon steel (common grades include Q235, A3, and 45#) is used, offering excellent mechanical properties and low cost. In applications where corrosion resistance is less critical, effective rust prevention can be achieved through appropriate surface treatment, resulting in a high cost-effectiveness ratio.

1. CNC Precision Machining: The flange and base are efficiently processed using a CNC machining center, ensuring repeatable positioning accuracy and dimensional tolerances of ±0.005 mm. This precision machining process ensures excellent dimensional stability of the flange and reliable connection to the pipeline.

2. Threaded Hole Machining: All threaded holes are produced using CNC drilling, milling, and tapping, ensuring accurate and precise hole positioning. High-precision drilling and reaming ensures hole diameter and thread pitch tolerances within ±0.005 mm. This rigorous machining process ensures a perfect fit during tightening, preventing loosening or misalignment.

3. Surface Finish: The flange surface and outer contour achieve a high surface finish after precision turning and grinding, typically achieving Ra 0.8-1.6μm. Precision turning ensures a highly flat flange base surface, meeting installation and sealing requirements. The resulting flange geometry is highly accurate, minimizing errors during assembly.

Stainless Steel: A natural passivation treatment is used, eliminating the need for additional coating. After cleaning processes such as pickling or polishing, a stable chromium oxide protective film naturally forms on the surface, significantly enhancing the material's corrosion resistance.

Carbon Steel: Rust-proofing treatments can be applied depending on the operating environment. Hot-dip galvanizing is typically used to evenly coat the carbon steel surface with zinc, significantly enhancing weather and corrosion resistance. Alternatively, spray painting or powder coating can be used to create a protective layer to prevent oxidation.
