Manufacturing Process and Surface Treatment
- Material Selection: The SK500 Bucket's main body is constructed from high-strength, low-alloy, wear-resistant steel plates, with NM400 or equivalent materials used in critical areas. Additional structural reinforcement with high-strength steel and thickened steel plates.
- Manufacturing Process: Precision CNC cutting → Automatic welding (welding process parameters are strictly controlled to eliminate stress) → Overall heat treatment (eliminating residual welding stress and improving impact toughness) → Precision alignment and assembly. High-strength, wear-resistant steel, quenched and tempered, is used to protect the bucket from high wear.
- Strengthening Treatment: Localized thickening and rolling treatment are applied to areas of concentrated stress to prevent crack initiation.
- Surface Treatment: Shot blasting → Primer for rust prevention → Wear-resistant industrial paint spraying (or anti-corrosion coating/thermal spraying according to customer requirements) to ensure performance maintenance even under long-term outdoor exposure.
