Product Manufacturing Process
- High-Strength Wear-Resistant Steel Plate Manufacturing: The bucket body and bottom plate are made of high-quality steel-similar to commonly used high-wear-resistant plates in the industry (such as NM-class/HARDOX series steel plates), resulting in 2–3 times the wear resistance and impact resistance of ordinary structural steel.
- Advanced Welding Technology: Assembly is performed using professional welding methods such as mixed gas arc welding (MAG) or carbon dioxide welding (FCAW), ensuring excellent weld strength and a firm connection.
- Surface Treatment and Protection: The entire bucket undergoes rust prevention treatment and painting, and high-wear areas (such as the bottom plate, side plates, and tooth interface) receive additional wear-resistant treatment/reinforcement to resist friction and impact from mud, gravel, and rocks-extending service life and reducing maintenance frequency and costs.
