Processing process:
1. Material selection: We use the materials specified by the customer for processing.

3. Punching and welding: Punching is performed according to the customer's design requirements, and high-quality welding technology is used to connect the components to ensure a stable structure.
4. Surface treatment: The welded rack is surface treated to enhance its corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
5. Electrostatic powder spraying: The powder coating is evenly sprayed on the surface of the rack using an electrostatic spray gun, and a hard coating is formed after high-temperature baking, which can effectively improve corrosion resistance.
6. Baking paint treatment: After spraying paint on the surface of the rack, the paint film is cured by high-temperature baking to form a smooth and bright surface.
7. Electrogalvanizing: A layer of zinc is plated on the surface of the rack by electrolysis to enhance its corrosion resistance, which is suitable for wet or highly corrosive environments.
