  • Turning: Rotary machining of cylindrical sleeves, riveted parts, and shaft fittings.
  • 5-Axis Machining: Completion of complex curved surfaces and precision coordinate holes in a single clamping operation, reducing secondary errors.
  • Forming Processes: Flange forming, bending, and stamping combined to achieve rigid edges and interlocking structures.
  • Gear Hobbing/Rolling: Machining of tooth profiles or mating parts to ensure precise locking and hinge fits.
  • Milling, Grinding, Drilling, Tapping, and Channel Hole Machining: Achieving high-precision placement of screw holes, mounting holes, and ventilation/drainage holes (tolerance ±0.01mm).
