Processing Technology
- Material Selection: Premium Mud Guard uses high-quality aluminum alloy, which is lightweight yet robust.
- Blanking and Forming: Laser cutting or CNC stamping is used to precisely shape the blanks, ensuring edge accuracy and dimensional stability, reducing rework in subsequent processing.
- Bending/Die Forming: The mudguard's arc shape and reinforcing ribs are formed using a CNC bending machine or a specialized die press, ensuring consistent forming and strength distribution.
- Reinforcement and Connection: Key load-bearing areas are welded or reinforced with ribs; the metal bracket, after rust-proofing treatment, is fixed to the aluminum mudguard with bolts or reinforced joints for convenient and quick installation.
- Finishing: Burrs and modified seams are removed to ensure a good feel and appearance; assembly holes are chamfered to allow for bolt passage.
- Finished Product Inspection: Dimensional inspection, bending strength inspection, and appearance quality inspection ensure that each piece is qualified before leaving the factory.
Surface Treatment
