Processing
1. Carbon Steel: The ring undergoes laser cutting or stamping, followed by CNC bending and finishing. Welding and deburring are performed as necessary, followed by cosmetic finishing and quality inspection.
2. Cast Iron: Metal Escutcheon Rings are sand-cast or gravity-cast. After sand removal and pickling, they undergo machining processes such as turning/milling to ensure a precise fit. They are then calibrated and inspected. The entire process emphasizes dimensional stability and tight tolerances, ensuring a secure fit with the sprinkler head without compromising spray performance.
