Processing and Surface Treatment
1. Processing: The plumbing boot first uses precision blanking/shearing to cut the profile, followed by punching, bending, and rounding. Spot welding or stitching may be performed as necessary to enhance firmness. Finally, dimensional inspection and packaging are performed.
2. Surface Treatment: The base material is Professional Grade G-90 hot-dip galvanized steel, which already has a uniform zinc coating. Upon request, we can also apply additional powder coating or anti-corrosion coating to enhance weather resistance or match the roof color. Products are deburred and pre-treated for rust prevention before shipment to facilitate on-site installation and sealing.
