Production process:
1. Material selection and preparation
- Customized materials are supported: aluminum, copper, stainless steel, carbon steel.
- Cutting according to customer drawings, thickness can be selected according to design requirements, usually 3-10mm.
2. Mold design
- Various patterns such as round holes, square holes, and special-shaped holes can be made.
- The punching tool is made of high-hardness steel or carbide to ensure accuracy and life.
3. Punching proofing
- The CNC punching machine is used to complete the pattern punching: the punch presses down to penetrate the plate, and the waste falls into the mold cavity.
- Controlled by automation, the batch has high accuracy and high speed, reaching hundreds of punches per minute.
4. Deburring
After punching, there may be burrs on the edge of the hole. Mechanical, chemical or laser deburring is used to ensure smooth and safe edge of the hole.
5. Surface treatment
