Processing Technology:
- Core Processing: Metal Bedframes utilizes CNC machining and five-axis machining to achieve high-precision cutting of complex structures. EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) is used to process minute apertures and irregularly shaped surfaces, ensuring zero dimensional deviation.
- Shaping and Detailing: A triple-process of turning, milling, and grinding enhances surface smoothness and component fit. Hobbing, tapping, and hole drilling strengthen the connection points to prevent loosening.
- Forming and Cutting: Drawing optimizes the density of the aluminum alloy. Forming is combined with other processes to create the ergonomic curvature of the bedframe and the load-bearing structure of the picnic table. Finally, precise cutting completes the finished product. Each process undergoes rigorous quality inspection.
Surface Treatment:
- Galvanizing: Creates a uniform protective metal layer on the surface of metal bed frames, effectively resisting corrosion in humid environments and extending the frame's lifespan.
