Product Advantages

Material Specifications
- Carbon Steel: Suitable for applications requiring high strength and impact resistance. Common thicknesses can be customized, typically 3mm-8mm. Important load-bearing areas can be locally thickened or reinforced.
- Aluminum Alloy: Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to handle and install. Suitable for weight-sensitive equipment or equipment with high outdoor environmental requirements. Commonly used in light-load or weight-reduction retrofit projects.
Processing Technology
- Cutting: The sheet metal is cut into shape according to customer drawings using laser cutting or plasma cutting (Aluminum alloy commonly uses CNC cutting; carbon steel can be cut using laser or shearing).
- Bending and Forming: The cut sheet metal is precisely bent into shape using a CNC bending machine, ensuring consistent angles and edges for each pedal, resulting in high factory consistency.
- Punching and Embossing: Punching, cutting, or embossing textures are applied to the pedal surface according to anti-slip design, increasing friction and facilitating drainage and preventing mud accumulation.
- Welding and Assembly: Welding (argon arc welding, CO₂ welding, etc.) is performed on parts requiring reinforcement or support. All welds are ground to ensure both appearance and strength.
Surface Treatment
- Powder Coating: Thick film, good hardness, smooth appearance, customizable colors (dark gray, black, bright silver, etc.), scratch-resistant and UV-resistant.
- Hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing: Suitable for outdoor or coastal environments, good salt spray resistance, long-term rust prevention.
- Anodizing (aluminum alloy specific): A common treatment for aluminum materials, improving surface hardness and corrosion resistance, and allowing for coloring.
