Product Advantages
- High Drainage Efficiency: Rainwater from buildings is collected through the roof and channeled into the rainwater system. The Rain Head acts as a conduit for both collection and diversion. This custom-designed Rain Head features an optimized internal cavity design, resulting in faster and higher flow rates, preventing the backflow of water common during the rainy season.
- Anti-Clogging Design: Many ordinary rainwater collection heads are easily clogged by leaves and debris during heavy rain, causing overflow problems. This Rain Head is equipped with:
- Pre-filter grille: Effectively blocks large debris;
- Large-diameter inlet: Less prone to clogging, maintaining efficient drainage even in heavy rain; this means easier daily maintenance and significantly reduced cleaning frequency.

Processing Technology
1. Material Cutting and Shaping
The raw material is high-quality Zinc Steel plate, which undergoes precision cutting upon arrival at the factory to ensure accurate dimensions and minimize material waste. The sheet metal is then shaped using a CNC bending machine to ensure each piece is bent to a standard geometric structure at the designed angle, laying a solid foundation for subsequent welding.
2. Precision Welding
All joints utilize advanced TIG/MIG automated welding technology, resulting in strong welds free of incomplete welds and porosity. After welding, each product undergoes visual and X-ray inspection to ensure no internal slag inclusions or welding defects.
3. Deburring and Grinding
After welding, the material enters the deburring stage. Mechanical grinding and manual finishing smooth the surface, preventing poor adhesion or surface defects during subsequent painting.
Surface Treatment
- High-Temperature Zinc Plating Protection: Before processing, the material undergoes hot-dip galvanizing, creating a uniform and dense zinc layer, providing the first line of protection for the steel. This zinc layer not only prevents moisture corrosion but also provides "sacrificial anode protection" at minor scratches, extending the overall product lifespan.
- Premium Coating: In addition to the galvanized layer, we also offer optional powder coating or fluorocarbon coating:
- Powder Coating: Available in a variety of colors and can be customized to match architectural design schemes;
- Fluorocarbon Coating: Offers superior UV resistance, suitable for areas with intense sunlight. The coating has strong adhesion, is long-lasting, colorfast, and crack-resistant, effectively mitigating the impact of external environmental factors on the product.
