3. Welding and Reinforcement: Key locations are reinforced using argon arc welding or spot welding, with post-weld corrections performed where necessary.
4. Deburring and Shaping: Mechanical deburring and sanding are performed to smooth edges.
5. Surface Treatment: Polishing/Brushing → Chemical passivation (for improved corrosion resistance) or powder coating (for color fixation and protection).
6. Final Inspection: Dimensional inspection, torque hole position test, and assembly test confirmation.
