Product Advantages
1. High-strength alloy forging
Forged with 40Cr high-carbon alloy steel, the hardness is stable at HRC48-52. After precision quenching + tempering heat treatment, it has high hardness and standard size.
2. Precision machining size
5K1459 pin and 5K1458 Rubber are non-original parts. They are finely processed by CNC lathes with tolerances controlled at tens of microns. They are designed strictly according to the original size and are no different from the original.
3. Matching parts
5K1458 rubber ring uses high-wear-resistant sealing rubber, which is smoothly processed and formed, can effectively prevent shock, reduce wear on the pins, and extend the service life of 5K1459.

Processing process
1. Precision forging:
Use high-quality 40Cr steel ingots to form the initial shape through hot forging.
2. Heat treatment:
After quenching at 850–900℃, the 5K1459 pin is rapidly cooled and then tempered to stabilize the hardness in the HRC48-52 range.
3. CNC finishing:
The shape, diameter and hole position are processed by CNC lathe to minimize the tolerance guide rail and improve assembly speed and reliability.
