1. Precision fit, firm and reliable
The size of the 220-9090 pin is strictly designed according to the Caterpillar K series standard, with a tolerance of ±0.02mm, ensuring a close fit with the bucket teeth and tooth seat holes, effectively preventing loosening or displacement
2. Excellent wear resistance and strong impact resistance
The 40Cr high-carbon alloy steel is used, and after induction surface quenching, a high-hardness martensite layer of 0.5–1.0mm is formed (the surface hardness can reach more than 700HV). The inner layer has toughness after tempering, and the comprehensive shear and impact resistance are significantly improved, which can adapt to severe working conditions and pressures
3. Long service life and low maintenance cost
The overall hardness is HRC48-52, and the wear rate is low; under correct installation and regular lubrication, the service life can be increased by more than 30% compared with ordinary pins, thereby reducing the replacement frequency and maintenance cost
