Manufacturing Process
1. Material Selection
High-alloy steel billets chosen for optimal combination of strength, ductility, and hardenability.
2. Heat Treatment
Controlled quench-and-tempering cycle to achieve specified HRC hardness and impact toughness.
3. Precision Forging & CNC Machining
Forged to near-net shape, then finish-machined on multi-axis CNC centers to ± 0.02 mm tolerances.
4. Surface Treatment
Shot-peening to induce compressive stresses, phosphate coating for corrosion resistance, optional powder coating or galvanizing.
5. Quality Inspection
100% magnaflux crack detection, hardness testing, dimensional inspection, and sample fatigue testing.
