1957161550 cutting edge Based on the concept of multi-condition adaptive design, the G.E.T core component developed for the Komatsu D375 series excavators. The high-carbon steel matrix and the niobium micro-alloyed wear-resistant layer are interlocked, and the hardness reaches HB400-HB500.
The laser cladding additive manufacturing (LMD) process is used to precisely control the deposition of 0.05mm thick tungsten carbide-based alloy powder through a 6-axis robotic arm to optimize the stress distribution of the blade. According to finite element analysis, the structure increases the bending strength to 2200MPa (ISO 15653 standard), and the plastic deformation resistance is 41% higher than that of the traditional casting process under the condition of a 4m³ bucket full load.
The 15° progressive cutting angle design of the 1957161550 cutting edge reduces the cutting resistance per unit length to 18kN/m (ISO 6015 standard) when operating in dense clay layers. Combined with the asymmetric sawtooth structure (differentiated tooth pitch of 3/5/7mm), the hard rock crushing efficiency is increased by 33%.
