Processing Technology
- Blanking and Cutting: Metal Handrail uses laser cutting or CNC plasma cutting to ensure precise dimensions and clean cuts.
- Forming: CNC bending or pressing processes ensure stable rectangular cross-sectional dimensions.
- Welding: Carbon steel commonly uses MIG/MAG welding, while thin-walled or stainless steel sections use TIG welding, resulting in uniform and high-strength welds.
- Grinding and Finishing: Welds and joints are ground smooth, and edges are trimmed mechanically or manually to ensure a good feel and appearance.
- Quality Inspection: Dimensional inspection, weld crack-free checks, and perpendicularity and straightness checks are performed to ensure factory compliance.
Surface Treatment
- For heavy-duty 16# steel: Sandblasting → Phosphating or anti-rust primer → High-temperature curing powder coating (multiple colors available); or hot-dip galvanizing for highly corrosive environments.
- For stainless steel: Fine grinding or brushing → Electrolytic polishing or chemical passivation to improve corrosion resistance and feel.
- Optional Additional Protection: Transparent protective paint, weather-resistant film treatment to meet special environmental requirements.
