High Carbon Grouser Bars are produced using top-quality carbon steel to meet your Grouser requirements effectively. Our High Carbon Bar consists of 1070 Carbon steel with a hardness rating of Rc 25-30. This durable bar offers a cost-effective solution for re-grousering and Ice Lugging light to medium-sized equipment. Additionally, we have common size ice lugs available for purchase.
On the other hand, our Heat-Treated Grouser Bars are crafted to provide superior wear performance. These bars are made from premium 10B35 boron steel, heat-treated to achieve a hardness level of Rc 45-50. By utilizing the Heat Treated Bar, you can anticipate 50-75% longer wear lifespan compared to our High Carbon grouser bar. This makes it an excellent choice for moderate to heavy-duty requirements. The Heat Treated Bar is a robust, longer-lasting product ideal for re-grousering and Ice Lugging medium to large equipment.

Standard Wear Bars, Grouser Bars
Wear bars are available in thickness from 25 to 100mm, and width from 25 to 300mm, and in different lengths.
These bars offer superior wear life compared to conventional steel alloys such as manganese, Ni-hard and hardfacing wear plates.
